Give internal teams a better way to work in Sage 200.
Sage Addons turns a controlled Sage 200 API connection into an intuitive internal portal for orders, stock, purchase orders, finance, reporting and audit - packaged as modules your team can switch on as your processes mature.
Designed to help make one authorised Sage 200 API licence/connection work harder for approved portal workflows, subject to the company’s Sage licensing terms. Sicon-backed purchase order workflows require the relevant Sicon module installed.
Sage 200 is powerful. Day-to-day navigation can be clunky.
Most businesses end up with emails, spreadsheets, shared inboxes and manual checks around Sage 200. Sales teams want speed, finance wants control, operations need traceability, and users need screens that make sense.
Sage Addons sits in front of Sage 200 as a modern internal operating layer. Your users get clearer screens; the business keeps the rules, checks, approvals and permissions.
Manual and fragmented
Teams hunt through Sage screens, copy information between systems, and special processes sit in spreadsheets or shared inboxes.
Portal-led and auditable
Internal users log in, follow guided workflows, view permitted data, and trigger controlled Sage 200 processes.
The controlled base every internal portal starts with.
The core app is the secure portal shell: internal login, roles, Sage API bridge, audit trail, module launcher and admin controls. Add the modules each department actually needs.
Portal access
Internal users get a branded login with role-based permissions and controlled company data visibility.
Sage API bridge
A managed integration layer controls how approved portal actions read from and write to Sage 200.
Audit and approvals
Track key changes, submissions, overrides, notes and order trails so the portal remains operationally safe.
Add-on marketplace
Switch on extra modules as the company's processes grow: stock, finance, POs, reporting, labels, connectors and more.
Start lean. Upsell the workflows that create value.
Each module is positioned as a clear commercial add-on, making the offer easy to quote, sell and expand.
A sandbox that shows the value before the first call.
Teams can open a guided mock portal, click through modules and understand how their own Sage 200 workflows could feel. It is safe, static demo data - no Sage credentials and no live company records.
Two hosting routes. One modular pricing model.
Companies choose how the portal is hosted, then add user packs and modules as needed.

Portal validates
Rules, permissions, approvals, price checks and required fields are handled before Sage is touched.
Sage updates
Approved workflows read/write through a controlled Sage 200 API layer, with Sicon used where required.
Everything is traced
Audit trails show who did what, when, and which workflow created the change.
Clear answers for Sage 200 teams.
Use these responses in sales conversations, proposals and demos.
Does this replace Sage 200?
No. Sage Addons is a portal and add-on layer that sits around Sage 200. It is designed to expose selected workflows to internal users without giving everyone full, unrestricted ERP access.
Do we need Sicon?
The core portal can be positioned separately, but Sicon-backed purchase order workflows require the relevant Sicon module installed and available in the company environment.
Can one Sage API connection support many portal users?
The commercial idea is to route approved portal workflows through a controlled API connection rather than forcing every internal user into the full Sage 200 client for day-to-day tasks. Final licensing must be validated against the company’s Sage 200 agreement and setup.
Is the sandbox connected to live Sage data?
No. The public sandbox uses mock data only. A tailored demo can be connected to a test environment when the company is ready and licensing/security checks are complete.
Turn Sage 200 into a clearer internal operating portal.
Use the sandbox to start conversations, then scope hosting, user packs and the module catalogue around the company's internal workflows.
